BPal - Privacy Policy

BPal is a blood pressure tracking application developed by Cetfutech. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we share with third parties.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data you enter is stored exclusively on your device in a local database and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party:

- Blood pressure measurements (systolic, diastolic, pulse)

- Date and time of each measurement

- Optional labels and notes

- Profiles you create for tracking multiple people (profile name and settings)

- Reminder schedules you set up

Your health data never leaves your device.

2. Data We Collect Automatically

When you use the app, we automatically collect the following non-health, non-identifiable usage data via Ingestia (our own analytics service):

- Screen views and feature interactions (for example which screens you visit and which buttons you tap)

- App open, session, and app background duration events

- App version, operating system version, and device type

- Language and region setting

- Crash reports and error logs

This data does not include your blood pressure measurements, notes, profile names, or any other health information. It is used solely to improve the app's performance and user experience.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

BPal offers an optional premium subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). RevenueCat may process the following data to manage your subscription:

- A random anonymous app user identifier generated by RevenueCat (we do not link it to your name or email)

- Purchase history and subscription status (product, price, purchase date, renewal state)

- App version, device type, operating system version, and locale

- Last seen IP address (used for fraud prevention and general region detection)

We never receive or store your payment card details; payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. For more information see RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy and Apple's or Google's own privacy policies.

4. Advertising

BPal does not display advertisements and does not use any advertising SDK. The app does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA or Google Advertising ID) and does not track you across other apps or websites.

5. Device Permissions Used

Notifications: used to schedule local reminder notifications that you set up yourself. Reminders are scheduled on your device; no push notification server is used.

The app reads your device's language setting to display the interface in your preferred language. This is not transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Sharing

Ingestia (Cetfutech): anonymous usage events, for app analytics and improvement.

RevenueCat: anonymous user identifier, purchase and subscription information, device information, for subscription management and entitlement checks.

Apple App Store / Google Play: payment processing for premium subscriptions, under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

7. Data Export

When you use the Export feature, the app generates a PDF or CSV file from your local measurement data and opens the system share sheet. The app does not upload this file anywhere. Where you send it is your decision.

8. Data Retention

Health data: stored locally until you delete it or uninstall the app.

Analytics data (Ingestia): retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Subscription data (RevenueCat): retained as long as needed to manage your subscription, per RevenueCat's retention policies.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

If you are located in the European Union or Turkey, you have the right to:

- Access the personal data we hold about you

- Request deletion of your data

- Object to processing of your data

- Data portability

10. Children's Privacy

This application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published at the same URL with an updated date. Significant changes will be notified within the app.

BPal, Cetfutech tarafından geliştirilen bir tansiyon takip uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, hangi verileri topladığımızı, bunları nasıl kullandığımızı ve üçüncü taraflarla neler paylaştığımızı açıklar.

1. Cihazınızda Saklanan Veriler

Girdiğiniz aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda yerel bir veritabanında saklanır; sunucularımıza veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa iletilmez:

- Tansiyon ölçümleri (sistolik, diastolik, nabız)

- Her ölçümün tarih ve saati

- İsteğe bağlı etiket ve notlar

- Birden fazla kişiyi takip etmek için oluşturduğunuz profiller (profil adı ve ayarları)

- Kurduğunuz hatırlatıcı planları

Sağlık verileriniz hiçbir zaman cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

2. Otomatik Olarak Topladığımız Veriler

Uygulamayı kullandığınızda, kendi analitik hizmetimiz Ingestia aracılığıyla aşağıdaki sağlık dışı, tanımlayıcı olmayan kullanım verileri otomatik olarak toplanır:

- Ekran görüntülemeleri ve özellik etkileşimleri (hangi ekranlara gittiğiniz, hangi butonlara dokunduğunuz vb.)

- Uygulama açılışı, oturum ve arka planda kalma süresi olayları

- Uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi sürümü ve cihaz türü

- Dil ve bölge ayarı

- Kilitlenme raporları ve hata günlükleri

Bu veriler tansiyon ölçümlerinizi, notlarınızı, profil adlarınızı veya herhangi bir sağlık bilginizi içermez. Yalnızca uygulamanın performansını ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek amacıyla kullanılır.

3. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar ve Abonelikler

BPal, isteğe bağlı bir premium abonelik sunar. Satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir; abonelik durumu RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) aracılığıyla yönetilir. RevenueCat, aboneliğinizi yönetmek için aşağıdaki verileri işleyebilir:

- RevenueCat tarafından üretilen rastgele, anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği (bu kimliği adınız veya e-postanızla ilişkilendirmeyiz)

- Satın alma geçmişi ve abonelik durumu (ürün, fiyat, satın alma tarihi, yenileme durumu)

- Uygulama sürümü, cihaz türü, işletim sistemi sürümü ve dil/bölge ayarı

- Son görülen IP adresi (dolandırıcılık önleme ve genel bölge tespiti için kullanılır)

Ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman almayız ve saklamayız; ödeme tamamen Apple veya Google tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Daha fazla bilgi için RevenueCat gizlilik politikasına (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy) ve Apple veya Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına bakabilirsiniz.

4. Reklamlar

BPal reklam göstermez ve herhangi bir reklam SDK'si kullanmaz. Uygulama, reklam tanımlayıcısını (IDFA veya Google Reklam Kimliği) toplamaz ve sizi diğer uygulama veya web sitelerinde takip etmez.

5. Kullanılan Cihaz İzinleri

Bildirimler: Kendi belirlediğiniz yerel hatırlatıcı bildirimlerini planlamak için kullanılır. Hatırlatıcılar cihazınızda planlanır; herhangi bir push bildirim sunucusu kullanılmaz.

Uygulama, arayüzü tercih ettiğiniz dilde göstermek amacıyla cihazınızın dil ayarını okur. Bu bilgi sunucularımıza iletilmez.

6. Veri Paylaşımı

Ingestia (Cetfutech): Anonim kullanım olayları; uygulama analitiği ve geliştirme amacıyla.

RevenueCat: Anonim kullanıcı kimliği, satın alma ve abonelik bilgileri, cihaz bilgileri; abonelik yönetimi ve premium erişim kontrolü amacıyla.

Apple App Store / Google Play: Premium abonelik ödemelerinin işlenmesi; kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında.

Verilerinizi hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satmıyoruz.

7. Veri Dışa Aktarma

Dışa Aktar özelliğini kullandığınızda uygulama, yerel ölçüm verilerinizden PDF veya CSV dosyası oluşturur ve sistem paylaşım ekranını açar. Bu dosya uygulama tarafından hiçbir yere yüklenmez. Dosyayı nereye göndereceğinize siz karar verirsiniz.

8. Veri Saklama Süreleri

Sağlık verileri: Siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar yerel olarak saklanır.

Analitik veriler (Ingestia): En fazla 24 ay saklanır, ardından silinir.

Abonelik verileri (RevenueCat): Aboneliğinizi yönetmek için gerekli olduğu sürece, RevenueCat'in saklama politikalarına göre saklanır.

9. Haklarınız (KVKK / GDPR)

Türkiye veya Avrupa Birliği'nde ikamet ediyorsanız aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:

- Hakkınızdaki kişisel verilere erişim

- Verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme

- Verilerinizin işlenmesine itiraz etme

- Veri taşınabilirliği

10. Çocukların Gizliliği

Bu uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

Bu politika güncellenirse yeni sürüm güncellenmiş tarihiyle aynı URL'de yayımlanacaktır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilecektir.
